Carbon Copy
Send a copy of this email to a third party

2. B.c.c
Blind carbon copy
Feature used for security and privacy reasons, when sending an email message to a large number of people. BCC hides everyone else's addresses but the recipient.

3. Subject
A person or thing that is being discussed, described

Similar: topic, concern, request, question

4. Salutation
Greeting with correct name, honorific, title
(Dear Dr, Hello President, Greetings Supervisor)

Special attention given to the correct spelling of names, surnames, titles

5. Body
Body of email broken up into 2 paragraphs; introduction and details explaining subject

6. Closing remarks
Concluding paragraph with contact information, and a request for a way forward/feedback

7. Signature block
Sender's name, contact details

If sender is using a professional/academic address, they may add a title, company/school physical address, banner and disclaimer warning.
