Anyone with an approved tutor, super tutor, or administrator role can join the BWANS affiliate program right away.

Within the affiliate program, we do not charge commissions on private lessons. However, we only charge a 5% commission on group lessons.

In addition to BWANS commissions, there are additional fees for transactions such as payment collection from cards, currency conversions, and transfers to your account incurred by third parties. These rates vary based on location, total amount, and transaction currency. For the year 2024, the total commission rate for third parties is fixed at 5%.

The total commissions and transaction fees from sales made within the affiliate program are as follows:

• Private Lessons: BWANS 0% commission + 3rd parties 5% commission = Total 5%.
• Group Lessons: BWANS 5% commission + 3rd parties 5% commission = Total 10%.

The affiliate program provides you with the opportunity to generate additional income by promoting the services of other tutors. Here’s how it works:

• Earning commissions: As an affiliate, you can promote services offered by other tutors, even if they differ from your own expertise. This allows you to expand your reach and cater to a broader range of student needs.
  


• Extended commission Period: For 90 days following a student's registration date through your affiliate link, you will earn commission on all services that student purchases, regardless of the specific tutor they choose.
  


• Tiered commission structure: Receive a 20% net commission for group classes and a 10% net commission for private lessons.
  

In essence, the affiliate program enables you to monetize your influence by connecting students with the most suitable tutors on our platform. This mutually beneficial system allows students to find ideal instructors, tutors to access a wider student base, and rewards you for facilitating these connections.

After activating your affiliate account, a "share and earn" button will appear at the top of every page that you can promote.

You can easily create your affiliate link by following these steps:

1. Click on the "Share and earn" button displayed on the page.
2. Copy the affiliate link generated specifically for you.
3. Share the link and start earning more.

To maximise the reach of your promotions, consider sharing your links in various online spaces where it’s relevant and welcomed. Here are some effective places to share your promotion links:

• Social media platforms
• Blogs and websites
• Forums and online communities
• YouTube and video content
• Direct messaging

Remember to always follow the platform’s guidelines and avoid spamming. Your goal is to provide value to potential users, making the promotion a win-win for everyone involved.

Lifetime: Whenever a visitor arrives at our website by clicking your promotional link, a piece of code (cookie) is generated on their device to identify and associate them with you in the future. Even if visitors come to our website through your link but leave without completing their registration, if they return at any time in the future (even without clicking on your link again) and complete their registration, we utilize the previously created cookie data to associate the user with you.

Lifetime: As a part of the affiliate program, you will benefit from the rates specified under "Transaction Fees" for the services purchased by users from you for a lifetime.

For three months (90 days). Within the affiliate program, you will continue to earn commissions from all services purchased by users from different service providers for a duration of 90 days.

Whether it's a private lesson or a group class, earnings are calculated after the session is completed. Sessions are considered completed after 24 hours from their start date, and earnings are automatically added to your balance at the end of this period.

Important: Earnings from your sessions and earnings from the affiliate program are calculated separately. This means that when any session is completed, you will first receive the session fee after the current commission rate is deducted, and at the same time you will also receive an additional payment from the affiliate program. This will help you keep track of your total earnings from different sources effectively.

On your affiliate dashboard, you can easily monitor:

• Total number of page views
• Unique visitors
• Registered users
• Total earnings

Furthermore, you can review your wallet to track transaction dates for each of your earnings.
