Offer private sessions

Private services are perfect for providing personalized training and consulting directly to your students and clients.

Create your first service:

1. Click "My Services" in the main menu.


2. Select "Create New" and then double-click the category for your service (e.g., Languages, Business).


3. Choose "Private Sessions" to create your personalized offering.

Create as many private services as you like, covering any subject or skill you master.

Each can have its own unique:

Hourly Rate: Set your preferred earnings per session.

Age Range: Focus on specific age groups, such as kids or adults.

Skill Level: Cater to beginners, intermediate, or advanced learners.

Campaigns & Discounts: Attract more students with special offers.

Cancellation Policy: Set clear guidelines for rescheduling and cancellations.

Titles, headlines, and descriptions are the fields where information about the special service is entered.

An interesting title and headline highlight the services provided, thus enabling more users to be reached.

In the description field, you can provide information about the benefits of the service offered to users, the materials and methods used during the sessions.

In the searches performed by users, if the "private session" filter is selected, the search results will be listed using private service information instead of main service info.

In the language selection area, the languages you added on the "my profile" page are listed and you can only choose from these languages.

Multiple languages can be added to private services.

The languages displayed in the language selection area are edited from the "my profile" page.

You can select the appropriate age ranges for the private service you offer in this field.

It is possible to choose a minimum of 1 or all age ranges.

You can select the appropriate levels for the private service you offer in this area.

It is possible to select a minimum of 1 or all levels.

You can manage the duration options that users can view during their private session reservations from this area.

There are predefined 15/30/45/60/90 and 120-minute options that you can activate.

Click on the duration you want to activate and enter the fee.

You can activate a minimum of 1 or all the duration options.

Cancellation and rescheduling agreements are used to automatically manage cancellations/reschedules performed by users.

There are 3 different cancellation agreements named Free, Fair, and Strict.

You can offer one of these agreements with different flexibility to your users who will purchase the service.

Contract details are displayed in the selection area.

The welcome message is the text that users view immediately after completing their purchase.

In the welcome text, you can thank the participants for choosing to work with you, give preliminary information about the method you followed in the sessions, and the materials you asked the participant to prepare before the session if any.
