My name is Lungelo , and I hold a degree in Bachelor of Social Science which I obtained from the University of KwaZulu Natal in South Africa.

I am a confident person who can be an asset to any educational institution, company and/or individual.
Accepting challenges is the foundation of my life journey and something I do with confidence.You will find me to be a totally committed individual with pride in being innovative,decisive, resilient and communicative. I can learn work environment procedures with ease, handle pressure very well and need little direction to complete assigned tasks.

From my experiences in doing educational and  environmental work and exposure in the South African educational legislation, I have acquired techniques that are needed in any work environment to produce the desired output. My team player skills have enabled me to spontaneously interact with diverse ethnic populations and all age groups. A good work ethic is another skill that I have acquired and one that I know is necessary for organisational cohesiveness.

Education is a fundamental part of any society which is precisely why I am dedicated to transferring and  instilling the knowledge that I have gained over the years into others, in particular the younger members of society who will grow up to be our future leaders.

I would appreciate you giving me the opportunity to work with you because I am very passionate about teaching and have the ability to engage students in learning. I am patient and understand that every student learns at their own pace. I also have the ability to teach using various methods to meet the needs of all students and this ability has benefited a number of students over the years.

As someone who holds a degree in Bachelor of Social Science, I have always been passionate about education and have a great deal of experience in teaching and the education sector as a whole.This is certainly a path I've always had an interest in pursuing.

During my time at Comprehensive High School working as a teacher's assistant, I developed strong skills in classroom management and curriculum planning. One of my proudest accomplishments was introducing a new system where learners attended school an hour early and left an hour later than the normal school hours so that struggling pupils would receive additional attention and extra focus could be placed in learning areas which they struggled in. This resulted in the average mark for English and Mathematics( subjects that the majority of learners found difficult) increase by 19% in the first 6 months of implementation. Seeing my students thrive brought me immense joy and satisfaction.

I also have experience working as a Sunday school teacher educating kids between the ages of 5 and 12 years old about the word of God. Organizing and overseeing Sunday school and bible study lessons were just some of my duties. Other duties  included developing lesson plans, assisting with fundraising events, leading children in educational activities and carried out lessons in accordance with approved religious curriculum.  During my time in this position, I developed a number of skills and qualities. These include empathy, patience , active listening, respect and creativity. 

Finally, during my time at the Department of Environmental Affairs ( South African government) I engaged with alot of communities, schools, companies as well as non-profit organizations doing environmental education work.

I am also TEFL(Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certified and therefore fully equipped and qualified in teaching English both online and abroad.

在综合高中担任教师助理期间，我培养了强大的课堂管理和课程规划技能。我最自豪的成就之一是引入了一种新系统，学习者比正常上课时间提前一小时到校，晚一小时放学，以便学习困难的学生能够得到额外的关注，并将额外的注意力放在他们困难的学习领域。实施后的前 6 个月，英语和数学（大多数学习者觉得困难的科目）的平均分数提高了 19%。看到我的学生茁壮成长，我感到无比的快乐和满足。

我也有担任主日学校老师的经验，向 5 至 12 岁的孩子传授上帝的话语。组织和监督主日学校和圣经学习课程只是我的部分职责。其他职责包括制定课程计划、协助筹款活动、带领儿童进行教育活动以及按照批准的宗教课程进行课程。在担任这个职位期间，我培养了许多技能和品质。这些包括同理心、耐心、积极倾听、尊重和创造力。
