ENGLISH CONVERSATIONS

This 'CONVERSATIONS' series AIMS to achieve Fluency - Accuracy - Appropriacy - Complexity in speaking English.

The focus is to ensure you pronounce words and expressions like a native speaker. English has a rhythm so we play around with tones, intonations, stresses, and articulation.

By engaging in discussion topics and presentations you quickly learn the grammar structure and functions of the language. Most of the time is spent where you take the lead and you have the conversations.

We teach and apply strategies for developing fluency. We make sure you know about turn-taking, back channeling, circumlocution, and reformulation in your conversations.

When you speak and exchange ideas often enough you start to master the cognitive processing in your mind at the moment of speaking - thus strengthening the binary interaction between two people. You then start to feel comfortable with more complex conversational phrases which results in greater confidence.

Fluency is determined by your communicative competence and the strategies to hold conversations. You start to achieve competence with grammar and functions, knowing what is appropriate and what is not, as well as cohesion within conversations, and an ability to discern relevance and avoid ambiguity.

Cancellation policy : Fair

You can reschedule the sessions you have purchased under the Fair cancellation policy once for free before the start time or cancel before the periods specified below for a refund.

Within the fair cancellation agreement, cancellations made less than 3 hours before the start of the session will be charged at the rates stated below.

  • Less than 3 hours : 25%

Cancellations after the start of the session can be made until the end of the first half of the session and are charged at 50% of the total session fee.

Ex: 60-minute sessions can be canceled within the first 30 minutes, 120-minute sessions can be canceled within the first 60 minutes.

In case of any technical problems on the part of the service provider since the beginning of the session, you can request session cancellation and refund at any time.

Your cancellation request is first sent to your service provider. Your service provider may accept your request and refund the full session fee, or allow you to move your session to a different date at no additional cost, or reject your request.

Do not hesitate to contact our customer service team and get support regarding your cancellation/refund process.

Reschedule

Rescheduling can only be done once per session.

Rescheduled sessions cannot be canceled free of charge.

In the cancellation of rescheduled sessions, a minimum deduction of 25% of the session fee is applied (depending on the time remaining to the session start time).

Important

Sessions are held by service providers over applications such as Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, using live room links (URLs) created by your service provider.

The address where your session will take place is sent to you by push notification, email and in-app notifications before the start time.

You can cancel sessions for which your service provider has not added a live room connection for any reason, within the first 30 minutes from the start time, and get a full refund.

Sessions that do not include a URL within the first 30 minutes from the start time will be automatically canceled by the application and the full session fee will be refunded to your balance.
