1978 İstanbul doğumlu Utku Okay ilkokul ve lise eğitiminden sonra üniversite eğitimini Anadolu Üniversitesi Turizm ve Otelcilik İşletmeciliği bölümünde tamamlamıştır. Yüksek lisans eğitimini ise Çukurova Üniversitesinde Pazarlama alanında yapmıştır.

1996 yılında başladığı aktif çalışma yaşamında çeşitli otellerde çalışarak deneyim kazanmış, bu deneyimler ve aldığı eğitimler doğrultusunda otelcilik sektöründe kendisine önemli bir yer edinmiştir. 1996’dan bu yana çalıştığı bazı oteller şunlardır; Iber Otel, Hotel Bella Mare, Hotel Aqua, Hotel Art Pedesa, Mavi Sürmeli, Hillside Beach Club ve Hilton Otelleridir.

Utku Okay, born in Istanbul in 1978, completed his primary and secondary education before graduating from Anadolu University with a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management. He earned his master's degree in Marketing from Çukurova University.

Since beginning his active working life in 1996, he has gained experience in various hotels, establishing a significant presence in the hotel industry through his experiences and education. Some of the hotels he has worked at since 1996 include Iber Otel, Hotel Bella Mare, Hotel Aqua, Hotel Art Pedesa, Mavi Sürmeli, Hillside Beach Club, and Hilton Hotels.
