About me

Hello! My name is Kelsey and I am a travelling teacher from the United States, though I am currently living in Belgium. Teaching, culture, and nature are my biggest passions. I have taught science for 5 years in the GCSE and IGCSE curriculum, and have recently finished an intensive course to teach English as a second language. My experience as a classroom teacher has given me the skill to teach in many styles, depending on what is best for you! Ultimately, I am a positive, friendly, and motivational teacher who believes in your growth as person. I look forward to meeting you, and I hope you have a wonderful day!

My education and experience

I received my Bachelors in Science in Agriculture in 2017, and began my teaching career in 2018, teaching science at a secondary level for 5 years. I taught to many English language learners during this time. I received my TEFL Level 5 Certificate in 2023 and have now started to tutor students in the English language.
