About me

I am a young woman who strives to do everything to the best of my ability, I enjoy learning new skills and enriching not only my own mind but others as well. Being creative has been a blessing to me as I've been able to use it in my own time and in professional times. I've been a babysitter for 8 years and that has taught me great patience and made me realize that I enjoy teaching not only young minds but older minds as well. I used to work as a receptionist in a gym and that taught me many things, as how to work under extreme pressure and also how to multitask whilst being busy with clients and helping my co-workers. I am a qualified makeup artist and enjoy using my artistic side with clients. Being a caring person has been a part of me and I always listen to the struggles of my learners and spend time with them to ensure they fully understand the work being taught before moving on to the next task.

My education and experience

My work experience ranges from being a receptionist at a gym to being a shop assistant manager, a promotional worker, a holiday consultant and a freelance makeup artist. These may seem like different working environments, but they are extremely similar in some parts, I was able to provide customers with exceptional service and assist them with any problems they were facing if my department couldn't help them, I would refer to the correct one. I gained much knowledge of products and services that were offered and would always have the correct answers, although if I did get stuck in could always rely on a coworker for assistance. I have gained an extreme amount of people skills from these different occupations, and I will forever be grateful for that. With regards to my awards and certificates, I have a High School Diploma, Makeup Artist Certificate and an International Teaching Diploma.
