About me

Hello, I'm Marife. I'm an English as a second language teacher with five years of experience in online education. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work on Chinese and European education platforms by conducting one-on-one lessons, group classes, and IELTS with students from kids to adults, which has allowed me to develop a strong expertise in the English language. I'm passionate about teaching and communicating with people from different cultures, and I thrive in dynamic and collaborative environments. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, singing, and reading, which help me stay creative and balanced.

My education and experience

I am a Western Mindanao State University graduate from 2016 with expertise in communication, leadership, and creative thinking. My present credentials allow me to provide high-quality English instruction. I have 140 hours of TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language), TESOL, and TEYL certification.

From March 2019 through June 2023, I worked as a Senior Teacher, Free Trial expert, and group class instructor and IELTS teacher for a Chinese corporation. I was able to hone my communication, classroom management, and creative abilities thanks to the employment. I also instructed both children and adults in European studies from countries like Russia, Poland, Romania, Spain, Italy, and others.
