About me

I earned my BA and MA in English Literature from Allameh Tabataba'i University. It is considered the best university in the education of foreign languages in Iran.

In addition, I also obtained an MSc in Finance from Islamic Azad University, Science and Research Branch. I did it as l was very interested in expanding my understanding of financial markets. This enabled me to comprehend the technical language used in the relevant industry in depth and write economic articles for a well-known online media outlet called Al-Monitor, based in the US.

Last but not least, I acquired my CELTA certificate in April 2020 and IELTS Train the Trainer certificate (IDP) in July 2021 to update myself with the latest approaches in teaching English to speakers of other languages and Cambridge exams.

My education and experience

I have served in different positions as an English language teacher and taught English for about ten years back in Iran. As a lecturer, I taught EAP to students of accounting, finance, management, psychology, translation, and literature since I enjoy extensive knowledge in the above-mentioned subjects. Furthermore, I have been teaching Business English, IELTS, and English conversation clubs at different language schools, mainly American Culture Language Schools in Istanbul since June 2020.

Of note, I should say that being sociable, energetic, and hard-working are factors that are of secondary nature to me.
