About me

My name is Ziegler de Klerk. I live in Johannesburg, South Africa.
I am quite an extrovert and have a great sense of humor.
I have traveled quite a bit, and have been to more than 30 countries.
I love to explore and experience different races and cultures.
I think learning a new language should be interesting and fun, and not stressful at all.

I have a 120-hour TEFL certificate (completed in 2016).
I have more than 6 years of online teaching experience.
I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree and more than 20 years of
corporate and business experience.
I have mostly been teaching English online to business professionals from Japan, South Korea and Taiwan.

2003 Left South Africa to make a living overseas, started off in the Algarve in Portugal
where I assisted on temporary basis with managing of a holiday resort until I started a new business, Commercial Laundry from 2005 to 2009) I managed daily operations of the business .
Started off by cold calling to find my own client base, managed staff and daily operations etc.
The economy in the Algarve took a rapid down trend which forced me to wisely sell the business

I then went to work for a property maintenance company where we upgraded and maintained Condominiums of Investors in the Algarve. My function was to plan and coordinate operations.
