About me

As an ESL teacher, I am skilled in helping students improve their English language proficiency by utilizing the latest tools in modern language teaching. My training and expertise enable me to effectively teach the four essential skills of language -speaking, writing, reading, and listening.
I am passionate about helping students achieve their language goals and strive to create an engaging and interactive learning environment that fosters growth and development. My approach to teaching is student-centered, and I am committed to tailoring my lessons to meet the unique needs and learning styles of each individual student.

My education and experience

Cambridge English certificate in teaching English to speakers of other languages
(CELTA)
As a part of my CELTA training, I did the following:
Created lessons that focus on developing learners’ language skills (reading, listening, speaking and writing).
Encouraged learners to practice all the related sub-skills such as scanning and skimming by designing useful activities that enable them to do so.
Planned lessons to serve main aims in the best possible way.

I worked as a computer teacher for a short period in a private school and during this period I planned lessons and activities that facilitate students' acquisition of basic and advanced computer skills, observed and managed classroom dynamics, taught students how to use different computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint, designed lesson plans, managed classroom behavior, instructed students on using computer hardware, described the types and use of computer software.
