You can reschedule the sessions you purchased under the Free cancellation policy once for free before the start time or cancel and get a refund.

Cancellations after the start of the session can be made until the end of the first half of the session and are charged at 50% of the total session fee.

Ex: 60-minute sessions can be canceled within the first 30 minutes, 120-minute sessions can be canceled within the first 60 minutes.

In case of any technical problems on the part of the service provider since the beginning of the session, you can request session cancellation and refund at any time.

Your cancellation request is first sent to your service provider. Your service provider may accept your request and refund the full session fee, or allow you to move your session to a different date at no additional cost, or reject your request.

Reschedule

Rescheduling can only be done once per session.

Rescheduled sessions cannot be canceled free of charge.

In the cancellation of rescheduled sessions, a minimum deduction of 25% of the session fee is applied (depending on the time remaining to the session start time).


Important

Sessions are held by service providers over applications such as Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, using live room links (URLs) created by your service provider.

The address where your session will take place is sent to you by push notification, email and in-app notifications before the start time.

You can cancel sessions for which your service provider has not added a live room connection for any reason, within the first 30 minutes from the start time, and get a full refund.

Sessions that do not include a URL within the first 30 minutes from the start time will be automatically canceled by the application and the full session fee will be refunded to your balance.
