Academically, I studied my undergraduate and graduate degrees in English Language and Literature. I also got international teaching certificates such as CELTA, CELT, TKT, TESOL, ELT and Cambridge Train the Trainer.

Practically, I have taught different age groups with different targets:

For the past three years, I have been dedicated to enhancing the educational experience of 200 first-year students at UNISA's College of Human Sciences. As a Teaching Assistant, I provided comprehensive support in navigating the online learning platform, announced critical assessment deadlines, attended online classes, and addressed student queries regarding the module and their assessments. My main duties included marking online assessments, submitting my marking to the department for moderation, releasing marks to the students and delivering constructive feedback to promote academic success.
