I was inspired to teach English after having worked as a nanny turned English tutor for a non-native English speaking family in the San Francisco, the opportunity was not only extremely rewarding, but opened up a whole new world for myself.

I'm a 120-hour TEFL-certified English teacher with a teaching school background. I'm also a physiotherapist with three years of clinical experience. I taught English as a face-to-face tutor to Turkish students ages 12–16 to help with their exams at home for about a year. The lesson included grammar lectures, vocabulary drills, and enjoyable games for effective learning. Their families could follow up on their child's progress with the ensuing report. In addition to this, I'm familiar with the TOEFL exam concept, which can be helpful for adult learners. I'm confident in teaching because I'm skilled in teaching methods, either theoretically or practically. Furthermore, my profession keeps me one step ahead in teaching because of my patience, empathy, and helpfulness.

Hello, my name is Duncan Campbell, an ESL teacher in Cape Town. I have been tutoring English, History, and Biology since high school. I have been teaching English online going on for four years now, and I have experience teaching children from the ages of 4 - 17 and adults to the age of forty-five, from all around the globe. I have taught students who had not previously had any exposure to the language and started them with their phonics courses all the way through to being able to speak to a native. I have had students whom I tutored for examinations to get into their desired schools. I have also recently begun teaching business English which has been an interesting learning curve, and have had to adapt to a whole new set of needs.
