For the past three years, I have been dedicated to enhancing the educational experience of 200 first-year students at UNISA's College of Human Sciences. As a Teaching Assistant, I provided comprehensive support in navigating the online learning platform, announced critical assessment deadlines, attended online classes, and addressed student queries regarding the module and their assessments.
